All in all a nice place to live

I lived in a two bedroom flat with three other roommates, and the apartment overall was spacious enough to accommodate all of us.

The age is starting to show on the buildings, but the complex is well kept and our unit was very clean.

The management responds well to maintenance requests, and repairs are done in a timely fashion.

A block away from Unitrans stop and Safeway, it's location, location, and location.

Also, 15 minutes of bike ride from campus, when you eventually get sucked into the yuppie Davis bike nation.
