decent apartment

this is my 2nd year living here..and i will be sad leaving august(because the roommates are all spliting).
when we moved in sep 06 management were prompt.
we lived in the 2/1 townhouse.
yeah there were some problems.
second floor creaks, walls are thin.
and we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the living area! but other than that.
everything was fixed in a timely matter.
all requests were fulfilled within one-two days.
poor maintenance guy had to come to our apt constantly.
but he really gets things fixed, quick.
management really knows what to do and try to make people happy in the apartments they are managing.
besides from the hole in the ceiling from the water, we had the fridge replaced with a brandnew one.
i never had a problem with the people in the office, they're always nice and courteous.
parking was good until this september.
it is so hard to find a parking spot! but the office is handing out car permits(new ones i suppose) and hopefully that cleans it up a bit.
