As we got ready to move into Sorrento this last fall all excited for our new 2 bd 1 1/2 bath townhouse we opened our front door and walked into a horror. The place was filthy. Hard scum and dirt was all over every fixture. It looked like they didn't even clean the place. The old tenants abandoned stuff was still in the cupboards and closets. The dishwasher was broken from the day we moved in. Our stove was leaking propane from the day we moved in as well sending our PG&E bill through the roof. We've asked them multiple times to fix it and even now a year later it still leaks...unfixed. The bath tub creaks like its going to collapse through the ceiling into the dining room. It may be spacious downstairs but if you are sharing a bedroom the rooms are pretty small and you'd be sharing a closet. The bathroom is the size of our closet quite literally so you are hitting a wall or slamming into the shower every time you turn slightly. We've had major problems with our piping. We've had to have both toilets fixed at least ten times, the air conditioning broke twice in the middle of 115 degree heat waves, and we live right over the top of the pool which is awful. If you like getting woken up at 3 am on a Wednesday during finals by drunk morons in the hot tub go ahead and live here. Management does nothing about the pool curfew but they threaten to tow your friends cars if they are parked in the parking lot for more then an hour' They need to reprioritize...and we are too...BY MOVING
