Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Good Points:
* Location! 0.9 miles to campus (not 0.5 as they say, but still close), on G,F,P,Q,42A&B bus lines, 10 min. biking to campus, across the street from Albertson's/ Anderson Plaza, one block from Safeway/ Marketplace * Relatively quiet * Exercise room, lounge, pool * Apts. with 2 FULL baths (hard to find in North Davis)
The Less Desireable:
* TENANTS have to pay ALL utilities, including garbage, water, sewer (this year, for a 2BR/2BA, it was about $80-90 a month) * NO CENTRAL A/C (only wall unit in living room) * Management is nice and helpful most of the time, but sometimes can be a bit duplicitous and temperamental. * Minor cockroach issues
