The manager at this compex needs to be arrested for violating EVERY landlord-tenant law conceivable. She has refused to fix my locks. There is no working 24-hour emergency number if there is a problem. She closes the office early on a regular basis without giving any advanced warning. She REFUSES to give the required 24 hour notice before entering the apartments (even if you have a dog that needs to be secured before maintenance comes). If you can actually manage to pin down a date for her to come (which required a 20 minute conversation that it is required by law), the don't show up for several weeks after. She's also nosy and has complete lack or respect for our constutionally protected right to privacy. At one point she even had one of my neighbors enter my apartment without my knowledge or permission. Did I also mention she told me that fixing my door lock was not her responsiblity'!'!' DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
