The complex is rather old... DSL/phone service is hit-or-miss and the AC wiring in the walls is made of aluminum and difficult to fix. Despite these minor drawbacks the residents almost unanimously agree that it's a great place to live.
Stonegate has a high renewal rate, and those places that do become available cause a crowd to gather the night _before_ open signups. Personally I showed up at 5 am to sign up for a place at 9 am. I was 12th in line. ;)
The manager is a sweet lady and is very willing to help you when you need it. Parking is not assigned but permits are issued and finding a space is rarely a problem.
There's a small park across the street with a tennis court, mini roller hockey rink and a field for baseball/football/soccer/dog walking.
This complex is very pet friendly; many of the tenants have dogs and/or cats. There's a specific area for dog walking and plenty of social opportunities for canines.
