Room Available for Female From: mpclark6 Date posted: 1/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Hi! I'm looking for a female to rent my room in Stonegate Village Apts starting Feb 1st. The room is big, approx 12'x10' with an 6' long closet. You have your own bathroom with a large vanity and new shower/tub that is very clean :) and there is lots of storage space. My current roommate is a senior at UCDavis, clean, courteous, and not home most of the time - it's almost like having a single. She is wonderful - I'm only moving out because I want to foster labradors again and need a different set-up. Otherwise I would definitely stay. Water/sewer/trash are included in rent, and the apt is already connected to wireless internet. Campus is a 10 minute bike ride away, and there's plenty of parking if you have a car.
