At first, I was somewhat pleased with what I was getting. A cheap townhouse with spacious rooms. The place, however, wasn't cleaned thoroughly and everything is pretty dusty. The thing that irritates me the most is the amount of bugs in this damn apartment!! I have spiders everywhere in my room and lately we've had an infestation of crickets!!!! I killed 4 crickets alone today. It's ridiculous. They're good with maintenance requests but sometimes they make things worse. I say...stay away and pay the extra hundred for a better and cleaner place. This place is extremely old and there are bugs and spider webs EVERYWHERE. We can't even go through our backyard because there are cobwebs in our way.
