I've lived here a year, after living at two other apartment complexes in davis. I love it here. The parking is fine, but sometimes if you get home late (after 10pm) it can be difficult to find a spot. It's right on the G line, taking you to both the MU and the Silo and it runs every 15 minutes or so. Theres no weight room, but its located near the Greenbelt which is personally my favorite place to run. Conveniently located near Safeway, Dos Coyotes, Peets coffee, jamba juice, longs. Also, right next to highway 113, which you can't hear at all if you live on the street side of the complex. Rafeal is amazing! We were having problems with our water heater, and he just replaced it for us, no questions asked. He's always so nice and professional, you don't get that eery feeling with some other maitenance men. Pam, the manager is always so nice to talk to, always has a smile on her face. The pool is awesome, and the spa is huge. On site soda and candy machines for those sudden needs for sugar. :) Mailbox right out front on the street. Study lounge is alright, but a little small. Bike racks. Patios have water/hose hookups. Woodburing stoves heat the entire apartment!!!! FREE CABLE TV!!!!!!!!! Overall, this is a great place to live, and if i wasn't graduating, I wouldn't move

If you don't mind living in a dorm-like setting 24 hours a day, I guess its not bad. If you want to live in an apartment, its bad. The walls are thin so you hear your nieghbors every breath. The appliances are old. You find mice in the pool during the summer and in the spa in the winter. I live in a one bedroom and the heater doesn't blow out any warm air and management says that they can't fix it. Its not worth the rent!
