great place to live...no mice as far I've seen....!

My friends who live in an appartment behind mine in the complex have complained about mice before but I have never experienced it to be a problem. Maybe that is because we have two cats...
Either way, I can't possibly understand why the manager would be mean unless the tenant was completely unreasonable.
I find that the managment has always been extremely nice and helpful. I even accidently bounced a rent check once but they were understanding when it wasn't my fault and worked with me on it. Pam (the manager) is always friendly to me, as is the staff. I have been irritated at one of the staff before but they are overall very nice and helpful. They even let you stay in the clubhouse after it closes to play pool.
The amenities are great...a nice swimming pool, huge laundry room, a small study room, vending machines, a sauna, free cable! I am also greatful for being able to keep pets. I live in a huge 4bd townhouse. It is getting a tad expensive, but it can't be worse than anywhere else half as good and Temescel is well worth it.
Bonus: Great Maintanance!!!!!
Con: Recently cars have been getting broken into, but that can happen anywhere. We are in a generally nice, safe area.
