It's a great place to live at but it's expensive and they are raising the rent next year. The place is very quiet, neighbors will complain if there's a party going on. This is not a place you want to live if you are a partier. One of the managers lives here, so if you get the townhouse next to her; you're screwed. There's a 10pm noise violation curfew thing. The maintenance is awesome, I have not seen any rodents and the fireplace is used frequently in the winter since it's cheaper than gas. If you live in a four bedroom, the bottom room is huge but you'll be hearing every footstep, word, and noise from all 3 of your roommates that live above you. All in all, it's a great place to live and bike from and to campus. Gardeners come by everyWednesday, I know cuz I wake up to the noise around 9am. Parking can be a pain at night, but otherwise it's fine.
