I have lived in this apartment complex for over 3 years now. When I first got here the management was really friendly, and when things were broken they got fixed in a timely matter.
Since the murder, the owner has fired the good management, and the good handy-man. He has also gotten rid of the shady guy who replaced the good management. To replace the shady guy he got a friendly manager. But he has also had to replace the friendly manager as well. We now have a another manager in training. Also, we have no handy-man on site. If there is an emergency have to call. If the owner believes it to be a non-emergency the we get charge 25 bucks.
Now if something goes wrong in our apartments we wait months to get it seen then months to see a repair man, and then weeks to have them finish the project, and they never bring it back the way it was before.
Lastly, the washers and dryers are few and far between. Both the washers and dryer cost $1.25. The dryers can only dry very small loads and only last 40 minutes. Therefore if the load doesn't dry the first time it cost an additional $1.25 and 40 minutes.
