I lived here for over two years (Oct 2006-Dec 2008). This place has a lot of positives: the neighborhood is peaceful, parking is ample, great access to the buslines, good location next to the shopping center and a park, neat pool, functional interior. I have fond memories of my time here.

Rent rose substantially over the years. The free cable TV, free water, free trash, etc is a good quirk, but when your rent increases by 50-100 dollars a month every year, you have to start wondering who actually pays for these "free" things.

I never felt unsafe walking around here, if that is a major concern. I walked around late at night rarely thought twice about it.
