The management is difficult to deal with

The landscaping is nice, and the living rooms are huge for a college apartment, however there is not much as far as the architecture, and the management is horrible. If you are under 30, they will babysit you! Not enough parking, and when we moved in there were a lot of things to be fixed. Basic maintenence such as a bad garbage disposal, broken faucets, phone wiring outside of the walls, pain on the linoleum, etc, should have been repaired long before we moved in!
