I've seen five managers in this place; the latest one is not good at all. She's overly nice, but she's never in the office, which makes it difficult to get packages and PAY RENT. She doesn't reply to voice mails, and lets renters' dogs run free around and IN the pool. She doesn't seem to walk the property like the old managers did, so there is frequently trash around. I've seen shopping carts left on the property for weeks at a time. We're all quite certain there's drug dealing going on out of one the apartments. That's probably why the clock in the study lounge is stuck on 4:20. You may not care about drugs, but then you didn't watch the Davis police bust into one of the apartments last summer with guns drawn.
Seriously, this place was awesome until this new manager. The owners have put a lot of money into the place, and it could be great again.
