The Trees was a very nice place to live a couple years ago when the management wasn't insanely idiotic. If you have a car, then you will not want to live here. There is assigned parking so none of your friends will be able to visit since the visiting spots are always taken up by residents. The parking lot looks empty, but you are not allowed to park in any of the spots. During the school year, I had to occasionally park at the neighboring apartment complex since even the street surrounding the Trees was completely full. It's ridiculous and even though I know of more than a dozen people who have complained to the manager about this, she claims that no one has a problem with it. The manager is the biggest problem at this complex. She's also almost never available or in her office so it's nearly impossible to talk to her. I would recommend not living here based on the manager alone.

Your comments are funny - - since they are totally UNTRUE. I have lived here 8 years and this is the best Manager we have ever had out here! You can talk to her 24/7, she is always available for evereyone; she also has a cell where residents can call her anytime, so what are you even talking about. And the ASSIGNED parking is great! Otherwise people like you would have all of your friends take up all of the spaces that are meant for the tenants!
