this apartment complex used to be the quiet place to live, but when the old management left and the new management came, things have been going down hill ever since. Loud parties, no parking spots, general disregard for the aparment's upkeep, etc. It is not worth living here at the current rent price with these issues.

Hi Elsa, This apartment community continues to be a peaceful and beautiful place in which to live. If there is an occasional need to quiet someone down, please call management and/or the local P.D. Things are taken care of immediately and professionaly. I am sorry that you are no longer happy here, but we wish you the very best in your new home next year. Best regards, Marisa

Marisa, Why are you never in the office? Why do repairs take so long? Why did you take away the visitor spots (when clearly, nobody ever parks there now)? By the way, the whole area where units 108, 109 are is totally pitch black at night. It's been like that for a few weeks. Do you ever plan on fixing the lights so people can see at night?

this apartment complex is horrible. they show your apartment wihtout getting any consent from the tenant. i was sitting in my apartment when they opened the door to show my place. YOU CANT ENTER THE APARTMENT WITHOUT A CONSENT FROM THE TENANT.

YOU NEED TO PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AND LET MANAGEMENT KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHAT IS YOUR APARTMENT NUMBER AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY TO DISCUSS YOUR COMPLAINT. IF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS TRUE . . . WHY DO YOU KEEP YOUR IDENTITY SUCH A SECRET? WHY ARE YOU HIDING? PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVE.

I wonder how many students of UC Davis know about the free legal counsel that they are provided with at school? I think it's really a great service, and wonderful that they provide the students with Free care of this kind. More kids should look into it.
