I have lived at the Trees for almost a year
know and if I have seen the Manager 6 times
in the Office it is alot. Do the owners know how horrible the manager is. This manager is never there!! DO NOT RENT HERE.
IF YOU DO YOUR ON YOUR OWN.

Dear Anonymous, This is Marisa, your Manager, and if our Team is not taking care of you correctly, please advise us immediately. If there is no one to take care of your needs when you stop by our office, please call Management at 330-1890 or Maintenance at 330-1880. These numbers are always posted in our lobby and if you call, one of us will gladly meet you to take care of you. These are extremely busy months that require us to do a large amount of interior inspections. Perhaps you were not aware of our system and how we respond. Now that you do, please do not hesitate to let us know your needs. Thank you. |
