They have had several managers throughout our stay, but the property kept improving each year. Maintenence was always quick to respond even to minor repairs. It's true that it is hard to get a hold of the manager, but when you do they are helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review. It is really important to be able to get in contact with a manager at all times, so I don't think I would like to rent a place that would make that a challenge. I'll keep looking.

All of the tenants here have our Manager's cell phone number and she also lives here. You can reach her anytime 24/7. You can also reach Maintenance on his cell phone 24/7. Maybe you were not aware of this. I have never lived anywhere where you can call the Manager on her cellular! It is very good here.
