In reading your last comment that you will be looking somewhere else,you cannot even get in at The Trees because they have such a long wait list. I already have 3 friends on the waiting list waiting for next year. This is a good place to study and everyone is very nice and very respectful to one another. The Trees also gets involved in a lot community programs and charities and everybody helps out.

Thanks for that info also. I don't want to wait for a long time to move into an apartment that seems to have disappointed a lot of the people who have reviewed it. I have found this site extremely helpful in the past, and will continue to rely on it in the future. It usually hits the nail on the head every single time. If I find a place with 100% of the people giving good reviews (check out Aspen Village for instance...22 people with 100% approval) then I can trust that it's probably a great place to go. I am very curious about why you are looking at this site, (since it helps you find a new place to live) if you are very happy to live where you are currently living? It is interesting, and almost makes me wonder if this is the apartment management? If you are, I would have to say that your time might be better spent on customer service, rather than writing bogus reviews or threatening college kids with law suits. Some of the management responses on this site have been really nasty, and in my opinion, demonstrate clearly the lack of respect and care that the people are complaining about when they review the Trees, even more than their reviews alone. It was shocking and I wanted to let them know that they have lost a potential customer based on their responses. |
