I've lived in 5 different apartments in the Trees over the years.

I came in to re-rent in 2009 but choose not to because the new manager was unwilling to reduce the frequency of automated air freshener sprayings in the work out room from every 3 minutes to every 15 minutes. (I'm allergic to the chemicals.) I was told the sprays are necessary due to complaints of odors.

Other than that, it's a nice place. A few parties from time to time, but not bad.

One thing to watch out for: Several people have reported dry itchy red eye problems living here. It may be due to the walnut trees surrounding the place, or perhaps some chemicals they use for pest control.
