	It is an okay place. Poor air-conditioning. Excellent heating. But Davis summer is horrible that you need a good A/C. Had severe cockroach problem. It was a 2/1 unit. One room is smaller than the other. So, sharing the apartment ... more

	This was an ok place to live, but I'll admit very bad area for parking and poorly kept place.
