	The managers here are lazy. There was once a leak and it took them six months to fix. They had to come back 4 plus times to stop the leak. It smells damp all the time here. Mold ... more

	theyve got a budding mold problem..and dont like to fix things....the A/C units and refrigerators are old...other than than its a good study enviornment with spacious rooms
