DONT LIVE HERE! HORRIBLE PLACE

My roommates and I thought this place would be awesome since it was new. Boy were we wrong! Not only is it poorly buit, but its expensive as hell. The screens weren't installed and we lived on the 4th floor. Nails stuck out and some girl got it up her foot and had to go to the emergency room. Door handles aren't replaced if they fall off. The elevator wasn't installed till 3-4 months later. Everyone had to lug their crap by stairs. Stairways were jammed pack with people trying to lug up couches and beds. Stupid Sterling was no use. Their dimwit workers just go "uh huh oh great we'll get back to you on that." Their management is awful. It is run by stupid college kids who could care less. Their fat head manager is rude and just stands outside the office smoking. They never return calls. Oh but you best be sure that they will call you on all 5 numbers you have listed if you owe them anything. They charge you for ridiculous stuff like airdrying a towel on your balcony because its bad for their presentation. Why don't they start cleaning up their presentation by sweeping up the barf in our hallway and beer cans and urine in the elevator. But that is just too much to ask for from Sterling. They are shaddy as hell. Their workers don't know their right info so they tell you one thing and then another one tells you something completely different. This is why we aren't resigning the lease. Our washer is broken and we call them on day one and now its been about 2 weeks and it still isn't fixed. We were told that there was a workorder put in, but when we called and someone else checked he said that there wasn't put in.

the "trash compactor" is always broken. doesn't work. it is miles away from my apt. so we have to lug our garbage and sometimes go down the stairs with them because of course the elevator is broken all the damn time and heave it over other peoples crap. if you don't do this you get a fine. we got charged $35 bucks cause they claimed that we left our trash outside the apt. their "proof" was a letter that had our address on it with the name "to the residence" and it was unopened. we asked to see the letter and they said we couldn't.

people blast their music all the time and it shakes the wall. don't even think of getitng any studying done.

there are parties all the time.

parking is a ----- because there is 6 visitor spots in the front and thats all folks.

Do not live there! all those grand extra ---- they have don't even work. copy machines' broken. printer' never works. computers lab' slow as hell. 24 hr fitness center' sometimes the lock is broken and you can't even get in. tanning bed' this may be the only nice thing about them, but having to see those stupid workers makes even this a pain in the ass. Everything breaks and falls apart. You wonder why they charge so much. Maybe its to feed that fat ass head manager of theirs.

don't live in sterling. you would much rather live in a rathole.
