From the very start, the staff at suv lied and gave us misinformation. We were told that there would be plenty of street parking and that there would be visitors spots. That was a lie. Instead, we had to park our cars a mile away because sterling only gave each apt one free space and the option to buy another. However, they didn't tell us that til after we moved in.

The apartmet itself is a piece of crap. Our countertops and cabinet doors are peeling, our shower was leaking water from the wall and finally after 3-4 months someone came and fixed it. However, it didn't get properly fixed and the fixture was never attached from the wall so now there is a big hole and when it's windy outside the metal rattles. Screens weren't put on for months after move-in. Our carpet is constantly sheding and comming up in hunks.

There is trash everywhere in the complex. Going to the mail center is a disaster because there are bags and bags of trash and there are bugs everywhere. Furthermore, the actual Trash dumpster is always beyond capacity full so there are trash bags littering the parking lot.

As far as our building, the people that live on our floor had an egg fight and despite the complaints that we put in, it was a while before they sent someone out. A day later, someone puked everywhere and three days later it was still there, despite several messages to the office. When I called the office for a third time, they claimed that they cleaned it up...finally someone came. Months later, they puked again and smashed glass all over our stairwell, which, is still there so beware when walking down in flip-flops. OH and be prepared to hear them puke becuase you can hear EVERYTHING...the walls are so thin

The computer lab doesn't work...the pool is usually dirty and filled with beer...do yourself a favor - don't live here. It is an expensive sham. Besides, I'm sure that it will fall to the ground in the next few years anyway.
