I thought Sterling University was bad, but after the apartments were sold to Sequioa, who owns Sharps and Flats and Cambridge Glen apartments, took over, this place cannot be rated negative enough. Starting with the office staff that has no clue what to do with any subjects. The did not know how to inforce parking and they cannot get the internet to work if their lives depended on it. The internet has been down for a month now, and supposedly they cannot get it to work at all on the property, but guess what the office has it. Horrible customer service and they will nor refund anything like the parking charges or internet services even though none of it was inforced or working for October. The staff does not care about who rents next year and this is a terrible place to call home. I would have taken Sterling staff over these arrogant, and ignorant new staff. The only thing that is good with this property is that maintenance crew, who keeps the place sparkling clean so thank you maintenance. For the price i pay for this place i should be getting the service i was promised when i signed the lease and renewed with Sterling.
