Last year, sterling was a fantastic place to live; there was plenty of parking, rent was reasonable, and management was able and friendly.

This year (05), they've been really, really horrible. Whenever you go into the office with even the smallest request, they growl at you and then they take 3-7 days to take care of something as massive as cleaning up puke in the hallway or fixing a broken garbage disposal. They've also attracted a riff-raffy crowd thanks to their inaction on parties, and noise levels are completely out of control on the weekends.

And forget the internet: it rarely works. I'm writing this from school b/c the internet is down right now, just as it has been sporadic for the past year.

I strongly, strongly, strongly recommed that you do not live here.
