A slightly nicer version of Auschwitz

This place is terrible. We were suckered into it because of new buildings and the hot assistant manager. It was not until we moved in that we realized how much a ---- hole this place is.

First off, there is absolutely no parking anywhere. We have four people living in our apartment and we were given two parking spots. There were about 5 visitor spots at the beginning of the year but the management took those away for themsevles. This means that there is absolutely NO WHERE a guest can park. The parking lot has also been converted to a racing strip. Some jackass is always peeling out and revving they're engines as they go the five yards from they're spot to the exit. I hope you guys run into a light pole.

The pool and hot tub probably have enough beer and semen in them to intoxicate and then impregnate unsuspecting women.

On an occasional basis, when my roommates and I are hanging out in our patio, we would see a streaming line of piss from the floor above us. People puke and pee all over the hall way. Vomit accumulates at an alarming rate in the open areas. Also, since the trash disposal area is half a mile away, a lot of people just decide that it would be easier to dump they're trash in the hall way.

Apparently the apartment comes with free internet. And by free, I really mean nonexistant. My roommates and I have all been in danger of missing our pass times because the internet wouldn't work.

A lot of people came here because they think this place is good for parties. It's alright, however the police make regular rounds on the weekends and will respond with maximum force if anything goes down. I witnessed a fight in the parking lot, and in less than 10 minutes after the fight started, there were three police cars, including the supervisor's, a two firetrucks, an ambulance, and what seems to be a haz mat response truck. The guy ended up getting speared into my roommates car.

Midway through our stay here, we saw signs posted in near the hallway saying that we were living in a building known to contain hazardous materials. Management had no comment.

I also have the displeasure of riding on the worst bus line. They are consistantly late, the driver wont stop yelling at us to "MOVE TO THE BACK OF THE BUS!!!" God, I felt like I was Rosa Parks. The drivers also have a tendency to run into inanimate and nonmoving objects.

All in all, the only good thing about this place is that it's new and there's some nice trim walking around. Everything else is terrible. I hope this place, and the people that run it burn to the ground. Except the hot assistant manager.
