If I wasn't contractually obligated to pay the rent here, I'd honestly rather live in the cardboard box rather than pay 500 a month for an apartment where the management is worthless, the noise levels are so ridiculous that I can't sleep half the time, and the internet didn't work for the first six months and they never apologized or gave any sort of reimbursement.

Parking is also friggin crazy --- people are parked in the most RANDOM spots because there just isn't enough parking here, and this leads to about a 50/50 chance of hitting someone when you back your car up.

For the money, Greystone is a nicer apartment complex with excellent office staff.

The maintanience crew is OK I guess. They get stuff done, and done well, but they take FOREVER at times.

And honestly, I have yet to hear one credible person personally claim that this apartment is worth a damn. And if they do, its probably because they're one of the frat ---- or sorority sluts that's being allowed to make absurd levels of noice and ruining the place for everyone else.
