I would have loved it here. There is NO parking thanks to the City of Davis and its policy to squeez every penny out of students. The overflow that does exist is in a dirt lot that will be muddy from November to May. Or you can park a mile away at Sudwerk. The complex is cheaply built, dirty, loud, too close to the train tracks, and most of the apartments smell funky. Oh, and the fire alarm system goes haywire and beeps uncontrolably at times. The only good part is that, no matter what time it is, you can walk outside and see some hot, slutty chicks walking around. Oh, and there is one hot chick in the office but she's a total -----.
Overall, I would have rather lived in a box. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

You obviously dont live here now moron! There is FREE parking and noone has to park in the lot next door anymore!!!! There hasnt been 1 party since everyone moved out on August 31st!! And it only smelt funky because of the funky people that lived there!!! Its now a great place to live!
