When I first saw this place, I thought it would be perfect, it does have a nice pool, landscape, and the apartments are decent, but little did I know how the expirence overall would turn out. First off, the management has got to be the worest I have ever seen in my life. First off, my contract with them includes them paying for our cable in my place, guess what' We've taken the bill to them three times now and every time they promissed to pay and get the billing setup to goto them, well apparently they never paid the bill and our cable TV has been shut off, now every time we walk into the offices they make excuses on why its taking them so long to get it back up and running, oh and did I forget to mention that it took them over 2 months to turn it on' Then they decided to toss the bill away and ignore it when legally, they agreed to pay for it in the first place. Second of all, the T1 internet line is not even a T1 line at all, it only works like 20% of the time, and lots of sites and pages are never ever able to load up, for F$@K sakes we cant even make this connection work even if our lives depended on it.

Plus the management always discriminates us Car Mechanic people, three times now the management has threatened how they want my car towed simply because I'm working on it in the parking lot, even when parked in it's correct place.

Plus the trash is rarely ever picked up, the garbage area is constanly turning into a mountian of garbage and makes a horrific smell, oh and not to mention trash is left in the hallways constantly and never cleaned up.

Plus the maintmance took over 2 weeks to finally respond to fixing our sink, and when they did, all they did was cover it up with some electric tape and said (good as new!). Hell no, it still leaks, and the mangement has told me to scram and deal with it my self.

Its now been 6 months since I've moved in, my lease expires in September, and I cannot wait to get out of this $hithole. I'm sorry, but this place simply sucks, all thanks to the unwilling management who sits in the offices all day long acting like they are doing work while they are really not. This is not what I signed my contract for at all, doing that has proven to be one of my greatest mistakes I have ever made, and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. Unless a new company took over and cleans out the corrupted management that currently operates this unforbidden land.

Overall, huge thumbs down, I am now debating wheather to wait for lease end, or cut out soon and find a real (acceptable) place to live.
