First of, the management does NOT allow subleasing but they do turn a blind eye to those who do. The residents are very inconsiderate; dogs swim in the pool, people drink beer IN the pool, broken lights, vandalized structures (exit signs, stairs), watch out for dog poop and loud residents. Look out for the as units when selecting your room/apartment, they expel a ton of hot air. Keep in mind that there is only one dumpster in the entire complex. Good luck when throwing your trash away....
