I can honestly say uvd is the WORST apts. on the planet. TERRIBLE management!! don't expect to get anything out of them. all they want is your signature and rent money!! The people that live here spend their time partying and destroying the place (not that i care about that) and i am paying WAY too much for what i am getting- a pasty colored apt and dirty looking floors and junky appliances. i am sitting here at 3:30am and they changed my locks while i was out of town. supposedly that was supposed to occur on the 2nd of sept. but apparently it happened on the 1st. of course they no longer have an after hours emergency number. so i am sitting here in my boy friends apt. ready to scream at them! i plan to take this matter up with them in the morning but they don't open until noon. DON'T EVER RENT HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT! bottom line...i can't stand this place and hope it goes out of business!! an honest rating would be 0 stars.

go to the better business bureau. bbb.com also, it sounds like it was illegal what they did- file a report with the police station. they take nothing seriously so you need to take drastic measures.
