The place is old.
Shag carpet and wood paneling.
It says there's central AC and heat, but that's only in the townhouses, and even in those, the system is not powerful enough to get anything going on the top floor.
Summer is extremely hot and winter extremely cold.
There was a rock band on the same side of the building, and I could even hear them when I had ear plugs in.
This place is owned and managed by the Star-Crossed group, run by Tom Cross.
He is a very unpleasant, penny pinching individual.
When I went to move out, I had three people clean for hours until the place looked better than when I moved in.
The property manager even said it looked good to him.
Then Tom Cross kept all of my deposit anyway, charging extrodinary amounts for cleaning and even penalizing me for things that were broken when I moved in.
The same thing happened to a friend of mine that lived in another complex of his.
Not only would I recommend NOT living here, I would recommend NOT living in any Star-Crossed Group property.
