I've lived here two years in two apartments. They are old, and there are some maintainence issues- broken sinks, mouse problems- but I've never encountered any severe problems like holes in the doors or torn carpet. Any problems I've reported to the manager have been fixed promptly.

I agree that Tom Cross is not at all pleasant, but Jaren's demeanor more than make up for it. He's always very pleasant about my hyper litany of minor complaints, and swift to repair any problems that are causing distress. We did receive our full deposit after the first year, without massive cleaning.

The balconies and patios are nice, there's enough parking, and pets are allowed. The band mentioned before is still around- I think they're long term residents- but they practice only once or twice a week. Pest problems are common if you live on the ground floor.
