Pros: great location, decent price for a 1 bedroom, lots of laundry facilities, good-sized kitchen, nice bathroom sink area, little patio a bonus, Jeren (manager) is a nice guy and very responsive, I was able to transfer it to a sublet with minimal fuss.

Cons: really ugly interiors, dark, had FLEAS and a cat's worth of fur when I moved in, got dinged for vacuuming costs when I left (insult to injury, after the fleas), the shower area is improperly ventilated and grew red-pink mildew, punk band practiced upstairs (but only during the afternoon, to be fair), rent costs rose steadily.

Overall: one of the better 1-bedroom options in Davis, but have plans for future years if you don't want to be depressed by the ugly shag and panelling.
