Do NOT live here. Although it is affordable and close to campus, it was run-down apt when I lived there. We had frequent water shut-offs, power fuses blowing out, bad AC/heating units, bad management with a high turn-over rate, and loud neighbors. Our maintenance requests took more than 3 days for them to respond. In my last year of living there, I had a really rude apt manager who was not willing to help. Avoid this place if you can! You have to pay for parking spots if there are spaces available. Then if you don't you have to search for spaces on the street. It is a bad, bad place to live.
