Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
where do i begin:
-Payed $240 for reserved parking..someone ALWAYS park in my spot and will NOT move until the next day
-Finding parking on the street are the same odds as finding a flying cow.
-Water shuts off randomly for 30 mins or more at a time
-ANTS ANTS ANTS
-RATS RATS RATS
-ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, and i didnt even eat at home!
-LOUD MUSIC ON WEEKENDS ALL NIGHT
Overally..the place is a run down and the rent price is as the same as other apts , but other apts are alot nicer. ONLY COME HERE IF ITS YOUR LAST RESOURCE, OTHERWISE, PAY THE XTRA 200 A MONTH N FIND A BETTER ONE!
I CANT WAIT TILL MY DAMN LEASE IS
