My name is Tina and I am the manager for Wake Forest Apartments. I would like to start by informing anyone and everyone that Wake Forest is now managed by Jon Berkley Management Co. A local management company who has been in business for more than a decade and is more than ready to make changes. Now I know Wake has had it share of problems with maintenance, managers, etc.. but I am happy to inform you that as the on site manager and the new management company my job and goal is reform Wake Forest by having full time maintenance staff and someone in the office during office hours, making myself more available to my residents. I ask that you give Wake Forest and myself a chance. I notice some of the comments were about the parking. We are located just 2 blocks from the campus and everyone knows how diffucult it is to find parking. We have a large parking lot located behind our complex with plenty of parking, and you only get towed if you don't have a parking permit or you park in another residents parking place which only seems fair.

Hi Tina. Do you currently reside there, too? Like the students do? If you don't live there with the students, it might be a little un-ethical to try to inflate the ratings as you have. Treat the students who live there like family, and their homes like your home.
