I miss Tina! She was a great manager, and yes she did live there. Her replacement is not all that great, but maintenance does get done. Jon Berkeley management has been much better than the past company. Overall, the complex is old and something is always broken and rent is too high for such an old place (plus you have to buy a parking permit). But, it is only a 5-10 min ride to campus, and if you don't bike the bus drops you off by your front door! That might be the only good thing about this place.
