I thought all the bad reviews were from angry ex-tenants, then I actually had to live there. Everything you hear is true. This place is by far the worst place I have ever seen. The editors of Daviswiki say it is considered to be "the worst apartment complex in Davis." Avoid this travesty and move in elsewhere. The stress from the environment alone will severely affect your studies and risk your health. If you do visit, check out the cracked floor joist right above the laundry room. It is exemplary of everything else you can expect living there.

Did any of you get a lease or were given a copy of the lease that was signed... did any of you try getting out???
