The complex is in pretty good shape but the apartment is small. It's a one bedroom but it's very cozy for one or two people. Managers live in another complex down the block but are very nice and maintanence gets done rather quickly. The manager does the yard maintanence himself every couple of weeks. Laundry room is small but kept clean. Parking and noise becomes a hassle because it is located next to a fraternity. Parties at the frat occur two or three times a quarter and random people would take the parking space in the complex and crowd the street parking.
