Extremely noisy because it is right next to the freeway and a fraternity. There is a small child here who cries. The mother likes to bring the kid to the porch early mornings. On weekends, I like to sleep in a little, but it is not possible. Also, a guy likes to slam his door really hard whenever he enters or exits his apartment. He smokes near the apartments and the smoke enters other apartments. It gets really hot inside so it is a problem. Also it smells and is unhealthy (second hand smoking).

I have caught over ten cockroaches in less than three months, and I keep my apartment really clean.

The manager said that it is very quiet, but that's not at all true. Also he said that the outside of the apartments would be painted, but it hasn't been touched since early this year. There are white spots as primer over green base paint on all the units, and it is ugly!!!
