While it was a fairly spacious and comfortable (and cheap) living space for three college students, none of it is worth living there.

The managers make living a giant headache. They are rude, inept and unforgiving. They frequently entered without permission, and subesquently called to complain about clutter or dishes in the sink. They were also unreasonably nosy, and asked inappropriate questions. There are no trees, and no sense of community. We had frequent ant infestations, and the sprinklers would block our front entrance. The laundry room across from our unit was broken at least half the year. There is poor insulation and our power bill skyrocked during the Davis summer. Though we were lucky enough to have a new upstairs bathroom, the managers were so particular about inspecting it, and the ants were there so often it was not enjoyed. Also, if you are on the side by 113 it will sound like you are living on the side of the road (which you are). I would never consider going back there, even if I have to pay $30 more a month for a smaller place.
