Decent little townhouses with fair appliances. Since you've got both floors you rarely hear your neighbors unless they are running up and down their stairs or slamming into your shared walls.

The complex recently destroyed the scenery by removing nearly all (!) of the trees on the grounds. The effect is that it now looks like low-income housing, but still carries a fairly mid-range pricetag. If shade means anything to you, this is not your place.

Most units have a small back patio and a sliding glass door which locks by key for easy access in/out of the place. The unit I lived it didn't really need a front door, as it's only purpose was to get to the mail boxes more quickly. The downside is that no one uses their front doors (which face the interior of the complex) and there's absolutely zero sense of community.

The location is good, close to Russel and 113, and a quick jaunt over to Covell if you want to avoid the freeway.

Ants were a fairly big problem, and the rather slow and inept repair crews were disheartening.

You could live in a much worse place, but this probably won't be your first choice.
