This place is kept pretty well. However, I've had some issues with management. They seem to have a vendetta against all college students. On one occasion, they actually came into the apartment without notice, which is technically illegal. While they are courteous, they can be very strict in certain aspects, especially noise. Make sure to take light steps on the stairs, as it can be quite disruptive for neighbors.

The prices seem to be a little high, but the area is very nice. It's close to a bus line, as well as a bike path, which makes traveling easy. Parking can be a little painful. If you want to park in the lot, there is a fee you have to pay, which is why most people tend to park on the curb. The appearance of the place is actually very nice, and shrubs and plants are kept trimmed and neat. The managers maintain the area pretty well. One thing that's always bothered me is the price of doing laundry. There are three washers and four dryers for the complex, which makes it difficult. It actually costs more to do laundry here than if you were to take your clothes to a laundromat.

Overall, my stay here was decent, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying here for too long. It's not quite a place where you want to raise a family.
