1. Parking. They supposed to have parking permits, and the landlord told me a year ago they are going to issue them. They never did. Which is-anyone can park on parking lots and everyone does. If you come home after 10-11 on Friday or Saturday-there is no chance you'll park anywhere near, you'll be lucky to park at least on the the same block on the street.

2. Noise IS a problem. Since walls are thin and there is a busy crossection next to the building, you won't need an alrm to be in time for classes. Not even mentioning
trash cars that pick up garbage at 6-7 am... And extremely party-pron, jerky and noisy neighbours thinking that it is okay to turn volume on max at 3-4 am and stuff.

3. The overall appearance...it's just not very well taken care of. Manegement does minimal required work. Swimming pool is dirty.

4. Safety-well, since there are always quite a bit of drunks hanging out Thursday-Saturday, there is always a chance of something, but so far nothing serious occured.

6. That was driving me crazy. We had our air conditioner broken for a year, wrote a maintance request to the manager 4 times
and he came once to look at it, but only after we found landlord's cellphone our air conditioner was done...and it took two weeks. The lanlord himself is nice to talk to, but whenever I made an appointment with him he would forget about it, or reschedule without notifying me and I always ended up waiting him for a few hours and later he'd tell me was somewhere else at the time. Same thing was with conditioner-he rescheduled appointment with workers a few times without notifying us, we had to take days off a few times and when they came eventually me and my roommate accidentally happened to be home.

7. Looked to me like they don't communicate with each other or at least not often. Also-a few times when repairs were to be done we had to tell onsite manager ourselves exactly what to do to fix it.


As you can see from my review I would never recommend these apartments, at least not to any gradstudent. Also I must say that the floor plan is idel for two people.
