I lived here 1999/2000 and found it to be a pretty good place. I would describe it as 'cheap and cheerful' for the 675/mon I paid at the time. It seems to be overpriced these days though. Ideal floorplan for 2 people as you each get your own sink/vanity area and the bathroom is between with a door on either side.

Also a good place for those without much furniture as there are a lot of shelves etc. built into the room IIRC.

The place is pretty old, so the fixtures and fittings are a bit shabby, and the concrete walkways are cracked. Still, it's got a certain charm.

I thought it was a great deal, but we only paid 675/mon. If it's over 900 now, that's too much for this place.

Oh yeah, great location walking distance from downtown - only 10 minutes bikeride to campus. It's true there's not much parking, but if you need to drive everywhere, what are you doing living in Davis'' The co-op grocery store is only a short block away.

For some reason (maybe because it's painted pink'') the majority of the tenants were women (mostly students) when I was living there. Most of them seemed to have cats too. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
