The grounds are nice, the maintenance is a little slow and lazy you just have to bug them a little (although I did ask them to fix my patio door that is hard to close and they never did fix it), but they are very nice. The people working in the office are nice, but they rarely pick up the phone and they are out of the office a lot if you ever need them for anything. The traffic noise from the I-5 Freeway is unbearable, I have a hard time sleeping through it. If you move in here try to get an apartment up front or forget it. You have to buy your own microwave, the fridge in my apartment is small and disgusting, it is rusting all over the outside and they patched it with paint. The pantry is very small, the storage is awful and the dishwasher sucks. A year ago they said there would be a gym put in here, but I don't believe it will ever happen. Don't really hear any noise from neighbours except for my downstairs neighbour shutting her door very loudly. The only problem I have is my new neighbour is a smoker and I don't smoke. I have to breath in second hand smoke everyday, I am very miserable and basically they won't do anything about it.
