the maintenance man is never here??? Why is the maintance man ( sam) such a joke??? He is never here to fix things- and then when you need something fixed- it might be a week or two before he gets here?

Very nice place - wish they had a gym though I am moving out in 1 week because my roomate got a new job and I can't afford to live here by myself. Keith the manager is very nice, Sam is a nice guy too. He's the only maintenance person so things aren't always done within 24 hours -
